There are several beaches along the coast nearby, each with a different feel, so I recommend stopping at a few if you can. There are also plenty of nature activities and live music close by, plus a great place to eat across the street. The staff were friendly, caring, and helpful, and we had a more than comfortable stay. Breakfast was included, restaurant quality, and something we looked forward to every day. Is it weird that I'll miss them?

We spent 4 days here and totally loved the place. Everyone was so helpful and caring that my wife and I were amazed. Breakfast was great, with good variety and lovely service. The made-to-order omelets and tapiocas were delicious. When we come back to Maragogi, we're not staying anywhere else. Thanks, guys!

Good rooms for a reasonable price for a gringo. There's a pool, and the front desk staff were good, though they don't speak English.
