The host was really polite and helpful, and the setting is pleasant and close to nature. I enjoyed staying here quite a bit. A few infrastructure updates would help, like fresh paint and more everyday items such as clothespins, cutlery, plates, and glasses. The pillows especially need replacing since they were very firm.

There’s no breakfast or lunch, and when you arrive at the inn they hand you a list of rules about what you can and can’t do, haha. The natural-water pool had a lot of sludge, and the tables and chairs around the pool area were broken. The air conditioner in room 06 barely worked even with everything shut, and there’s no electric shower. I could write a book about it, but that’s the short version.

The adult pool was so shallow that the water only came up to my waist, and both pools were dirty and full of sludge. The rooms, on the other hand, were clean, tidy, and cozy, with air conditioning, TV, and Netflix on the internet. It’s quiet and peaceful if you want to rest, but not much fun if you’re hoping to play around or have a good time. The chalets at cascatinha are livelier. ❤️

The rooms were clean and well kept, and the staff were welcoming and attentive, clearly concerned with guests’ stay and satisfaction. It’s a cozy, peaceful place for a weekend break or a vacation. The prices feel fair, too.
