My family and I had a really good stay. The rooms were clean and simple, but comfortable enough for a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast was very good, the women working there were attentive, and Sr.Silvio was friendly and welcoming. The air conditioning worked normally, and there were two fans in the room as well. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place at a reasonable price. It's two blocks on foot to the beach, though it's Riviera, about 8 km from Avenida Atlântica, the main avenue in matinhos.

The place is basic but very clean. The owner was arrogant and unreasonable. We went out to see the show, and when we came back, we were locked out. Nobody had told us about a closing time or given us a gate key. Then he had the nerve to charge us for wanting to get in after the show and to ask two women to leave our room key with him. I really don't recommend it.

A very good hotel in a quiet area, close to the beach, restaurants, markets, and other places. I was welcomed warmly and had no problems. Breakfast had lots of food and plenty of variety. The rooms were large and spacious, with a smart TV and comfortable, fresh-smelling beds. The bathrooms were roomy too. Parking is rotational, and even parking outside is fine because the neighborhood is quiet.

My husband Jadeir Pereira and I had a wonderful stay at this inn and hotel. Everything was pleasant, and Sr. Sílvio and his wife Lurdes were very attentive. The room and breakfast were excellent. I recommend Pousada e Hotel Girassol here in Matinhos. Thank you, Sr. Sílvio and Lurdes. We hope to return.
