The hotel was clean, and the pool was nice, but when we visited there was a swarm of marimbondos, so we couldn’t stay there. The room’s mattress sagged, and the air conditioner was loose and making a tremendous racket. I asked to switch rooms, but they refused even though other rooms were vacant. The hotel gate is left open, so there’s no control over who comes and goes and the car didn’t feel secure. I chose this hotel because it was near Fazenda San Francisco, but for the price I think there are better places nearby. I don’t recommend it.

A well-located hotel with clean rooms, courteous service, and parking. The price was fair.

The rooms are old, and mine wasn’t clean enough. When I checked in, there was underwear left behind by the previous guest. The air conditioner was dripping too. I complained at reception, but nothing was done, and I woke up to a completely soaked room.
