Jéssica, good morning! I went to the Finance Department, and the debit still hasn't been returned there. Someone has already requested that a new payment slip be issued. I'll let you know as soon as I hear anything, okay? She told me that once the new slip is issued, it has to be paid within 2 business days, even if the due date printed on it is only December 20.

We stayed in chalet 4, the last one, so it doesn't get much sun, but it was really quiet. The fireplace made it feel romantic, and roasting marshmallows over it was lovely. The shower and faucets had nice hot water, and there were a few basic kitchen things plus a mini fridge. Cibele is such a lovely, welcoming person and took great care of us. She brings a generous, delicious breakfast in a pretty basket at a time you choose. Highly recommend this inn, and we'll definitely come back.

Sibele welcomed us in person and brought a delicious breakfast to the chalet whenever we chose. The whole stay felt easy and relaxed, with no fuss. The cozy chalet was clean and tidy, with the basics for making a meal if you don't want to go out: a mini fridge, two-burner stove with oven, cable TV, and utensils. The shower was nice, the gas-heated faucets had hot water, and the bedding and bath towels were provided, though they weren't changed. A heated mattress pad kept the bed warm in Monte Verde's cold weather. We had a lovely, memorable stay.

Set among nature and in a great location, this is a really special place. The owner was incredibly polite and helpful, taking care with all the little details. The chalet was cozy, with a warm shower, cable TV, and a well-equipped kitchen. The heated sheet was a real bonus. I'd happily come back again.
