Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, and the room was really clean. The welcome was lovely, the fireplace made the room feel cozy, and the whirlpool was perfect. They even provided fragrant bath salts and soap for bubbles. Everything was 10/10, without a doubt. I'm so grateful, and whenever we can, this will be our retreat. Highly recommended.

Check-in and checkout were easy, and we were welcomed warmly. I stayed in the orquídea chalet at Pousada Flores da Serra, and loved it. The breakfast was one of the best I've had across all the places I've stayed. The chalet looked just like the photos, and was clean, well cared for, and cozy. There were sheets, good blankets, and towels. Firewood and matches were there for the fireplace. The bathroom and tub were clean and everything worked, including a very good shower. There's also a good-sized Smart TV and a minibar. It's well located near Monte Verde's main avenue.

We loved our stay and would definitely come back. The inn is well equipped, with a minibar in the room, a tub, and a TV with various channels. Breakfast was complete and well organized, and the location is handy, about five minutes from Av Monte Verde. A great place to relax.

Lots of shops nearby, and Sr Leandro was really attentive and helpful. The inn is very good, cozy, and well organized. I definitely recommend it and would come back.
