I came from India to work at UFRN and spent July 2025 in a private room here for 1200 BRL. The place is beautiful, with plants and decorations, and it's very clean, quiet, and secure. Andrei and his partner take great care of the space and their guests, and they're friendly and kind. I had a great stay and highly recommend it.

I stayed with Andre and Renata for over a week, and they were so kind and understanding. They helped me arrange tours and practice Portuguese, and we shared some lovely moments. They're so genuine that I felt at home the whole time. There's coffee and bread for breakfast every day, even though it isn't listed. The location is convenient, with supermarkets and beaches nearby, and everything is walkable. They also have a lovely dog named chowchow. I'll definitely return.

The thing I liked best was Andre and Renata. They welcome you like an old friend and make you feel at home, and they know all sorts of fun things to do in Natal and nearby. The hostel is spacious and clean, with a creative feel thanks to the art. It's in a safe neighborhood, and Ponta Negra beach is within walking distance. 100% recommended if you're looking for a hostel in Natal!

Hostel das Canarias is clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. It's also very close to Ponta Negra beach. I had a great stay and will come back when I'm in Natal.
