The staff were very attentive and friendly, and everything else was great. The location is especially convenient and easy to get to, the rooms are good, and breakfast was very good. Just one suggestion: the air conditioner in my room was really noisy. It seems like something that could be fixed.

The room and facilities made this a really bad stay. Our triple room felt far too cramped for three people, the bathroom was tiny, the fixtures were old, and the air conditioner was noisy. Breakfast was served in a small space, and some items ran out without being replenished. Our room also wasn't cleaned daily, so we had to ask for it on the second day. There’s no garage, and reception needs to improve both its service and general assistance. I came with my family during Carnival, and the only real plus was the location on the Ponta Negra waterfront. For the high-season nightly rate, the place has a lot of work to do.

Right by the sand, and very comfortable for a simple inn. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had hot water. Our room had a minibar and a split air conditioner, both working well. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast had a good range: fruit, bread, cake, savory snacks, pies, cuscuz, tapioca, plus juices, milk, and different teas.

We came as a family for Carnival, and the nightly rate was extremely high for what the inn offers. The rooms need renovation: the bed frame was old, there was no wardrobe for our clothes, and the minibar was old and rusty. Both the toilet area and shower space were much too cramped. Breakfast was disorganized, with long waits for food to be replenished, and the air conditioners were noisy. Cleaning was poor in the rooms and hallways, and there’s no parking. The place needs a lot of improvement.
