The standout was the sea view, and the location is great, near shops, a bakery, and supermarkets. We stayed in apartment 501, which was spotless and smelled fresh. It had a kitchen with some utensils, a comfortable bed, a clean and tidy bathroom, and air conditioning that worked well. Alain welcomed us warmly and explained the house rules. Everything was impeccable. I recommend the place and will definitely come again.

Allan really is an amazing host. We stayed two nights in his apartment between Ponta Negra/Natal and Pipa, spending the days exploring Natal. He welcomed us in person, carefully explained the garage, leisure area, condo and apartment rules, recommended bakeries and restaurants, and answered all our questions on WhatsApp. He even let us leave our rental car in the garage while we went out, so we could pick it up and continue back to Pipa, where we were staying. The apartment has a beautiful beach view, almost directly across from Morro do Careca, and the location is excellent. Allan is very polite and helpful, and lives up to his Booking reviews. The worn towels and the uncomfortable double bed mattress were downsides. The sofa and other mattresses were old too. I'd still come back.

I stayed for about three weeks and loved it all, especially the view. It's a calm, quiet place, with bakeries, a gym, a little market, restaurants, and a dessert shop all nearby. Sr Alain was the best host I've had so far. Whenever I'm in natal and get the chance, I'll stay there again.
