Pousada Nossa Senhora Aparecida

I chose this inn partly because of the reviews here, so I wanted to share how my stay went. The location is perfect, the place is clean, and there’s water available to drink whenever you want. I was in room 204, right across from the breakfast area and the shared space. That was rough: we woke up at 4:30 every morning to kitchen noise as breakfast was being prepared, and there was more noise at other times when guests used the common area to talk. Breakfast was exactly the same each day and not tasty. Even the fruit had no flavor. I stayed six days and ended up buying fruit and other things to eat in the morning. Checkout was another bad experience. I live in a state that’s an hour behind Natal, and for some reason my phone’s time changed on checkout day. I didn’t notice and left 40 minutes late. I was charged the price of a full night without any prior warning, which felt completely out of proportion to the extra time. I’m not denying my part in it, but the charge should have reflected how long I stayed over, especially in the low season, when there were hardly any guests and surely nobody waiting to take our room. That was my experience. Would I stay there again? Never. I really regret choosing it.

The staff at Pousada Nossa Senhora Aparecida were extremely attentive and always ready to help. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty and varied, clearly prepared with care. The place felt welcoming and peaceful, a nice spot to rest after a day out. Its location near Ponta Negra beach made it easy to enjoy this Natal landmark. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay, warm hospitality, and a beach nearby. I’ll definitely return.

We loved our stay, though it was just one night and left us wishing we could stay longer. The inn is close to everything: a two-minute walk down the street takes you to Ponta Negra beach, near Morro do Careca. Breakfast was really good, the staff were kind and attentive, and the hosts were lovely.
