SERHS Experience Suites

The breakfast stands out as excellent, clearly a cut above the rest of the hotel. We had the basic breakfast option, and eating out each day still cost less than the “Serhs inclusive” package. They offered that add-on when we arrived on the first day, but thankfully we declined. It isn’t all-inclusive, just extra money paid upfront to make other things cheaper later. The room sheets were too narrow to cover the mattress properly. We complained and they fixed it. The themed restaurants are no use to us: they’re full five minutes after opening, there are no reservations, the wait is two hours, and prices are exorbitant. There are several big, well-designed pools with hot and cold areas, but they were sandy all week. The same music played every day and got boring. The pool bar had little variety and very high prices, and didn’t even have a blender for smoothies. Pool towels are limited to one a day, and swapping it for a dry one costs extra. And the bottled water in the room fridge is outrageously expensive, 11 reais for 300 ml!

The structure is wonderful, and the service was incredible. SERHS Natal Grand Hotel & Resort in Rio Grande do Norte is one of the best resorts I’ve been to. Breakfast had lots of variety and everything tasted great. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy special time with family! 🤩

The prices are like the Maldives, but the service is completely unprepared. There were long lines for the à la carte restaurants, and both the restaurants and the service seemed disorganized. I can’t understand how this hotel is rated five stars.

Be very careful in NATAL, especially on Buggy tours. I went on one today and was robbed on the highway when the buggy stopped at a traffic light. Thieves on a motorcycle came up armed and yanked my chain from behind. January 14, 2026!
