Pousada Praia de Ponta Negra

They took my money and have stopped responding. I contacted them and booked rooms, but my father passed away and we couldn't make the trip. I explained the situation to Sra. Nara, who said she was the owner. She told me an employee had been stealing and that they had nothing of mine there. After hearing the full explanation, Sra. Nara promised to return the Pix payments I made. Now she won't answer my calls or messages, and she still hasn't refunded anything. They have no sense of commitment.

We stayed at this “inn” because there was nowhere else available in town, and it was a terrible experience. The rooms were in awful shape: the bathrooms needed maintenance, the air conditioning was useless, and the sheets were torn. We booked through Booking and paid by Pix. After we checked out, they canceled our reservation as if we had never shown up, apparently to charge the full 100% cancellation fee. They don't accept cards. Don't spend your money here.

I spent my vacation here with friends. The place is a little rustic, but we were welcomed really well and had a very pleasant stay. It's clean, and while some improvements are needed, the atmosphere is lovely. I do recommend it, and I'll definitely come back.

A bad experience, I wouldn't recommend it. There was no room ready when we arrived, and the room they put us in had weak air conditioning and dirty, torn sheets. We ended up sleeping on the floor. Before 5 a.m., other guests were making a lot of noise with music blaring. It was disrespectful to customers.
