Hotel Serra Geral

It was okay.

Breakfast was good.

The only thing I actually enjoyed at breakfast was the tapioca made fresh. Everything else looked old and unappetizing, though the food being simple wasn't the issue. When I turned my cup over to pour coffee, a fly came out of it. I ate anyway because I was hungry, but had no appetite for it. My baby was covered in mosquito bites overnight, there were so many in the room. I also walked around barefoot briefly and my feet turned black from all the dust. In the bathroom, a huge spider had a big web around the light, like it had been there since the hotel opened. The shower area didn't look clean either, and the shower was badly clogged with barely any water coming out. I stayed there in October 2025, and it was a really unpleasant experience. For the room rate, I expected at least a clean place. I had to pay to make the reservation too, which just added to it. I won't come back or recommend it, and honestly would like my money back. It's easily the worst hotel I've stayed in. I hope this bad review leads to actual improvements, instead of the promises in their Google replies just making them look attentive to feedback.

I was treated really well here. The place is clean and cozy, and the location is good. I'd recommend it.
