Val and Luz were wonderfully welcoming. The house is beautifully decorated, and the room looked just like the photos. We could make our own barbecue and play music quietly in the background. Breakfast was excellent and served in a really cute space. The outdoor hot tub was lovely, too. It’s a cozy place for a couple to unwind, and I’d like to return and try the sauna next time. I’d only suggest adding a simple set meal for guests who want lunch or dinner. Nothing else to complain about, just thanks.

We left close to midnight after waiting an hour for the people in charge to respond. They didn’t call to help us, and when we reached out, they only suggested coming back on another date and refused to refund us. I have a phobia of cockroaches, so this was awful. We saw one beside the outdoor hot tub, then another in the suite, and one even came out of the tub’s plumbing. My husband and I had come to celebrate 10 years together. At first the room seemed spacious and cozy, but the cockroaches ruined the day. I understand that one might show up depending on the season, but finding more inside the suite was too much. I don’t recommend this place. If you want a proper inn, go to Vilarejo Plus, that one is good.

The quiet atmosphere makes this a good place to rest, and the staff member who helped us was really nice. It was also easy to arrange a barbecue with the person in charge. Our room was large, with a roomy bathroom and a good view, and the breakfast setting was lovely. Breakfast itself was spectacular, with plenty of food and juice choices. The downsides were the pool and sauna. The pool was almost empty and smelled bad; we noticed the tub water drains into it, and the water didn’t seem treated. The sauna was broken. The outdoor hot tub and pool are part of the facilities, but the smell was unpleasant. Overall, it’s a calm place suited to couples who want to relax.

We felt at home here, and I’d definitely come back. It’s a cozy, quiet place in a gated condominium with good security. The décor has lots of detail and is great for taking photos. Everything was clean and working properly. Staff adjust the jacuzzi water temperature to your preference, and it stays warm. Breakfast deserves a mention, too. There was plenty of variety, served in a very cute area. You can also make your own barbecue, arranged with the owner, who was kind and welcoming.
