Espaço Holístico Chalés

A great choice if you want to keep costs down and stay somewhere really peaceful. The chalets are super comfortable, very clean, and surrounded by nature, with a lovely upbeat feel. The owner gave us especially good service. I highly recommend it!

We loved it. Such a peaceful place, everything was really clean and organized, and the host was attentive and helpful. I recommend it if you want a proper chance to relax.

The setting is pretty, but the place seemed unprepared for the needs of its guests, and the trip was frustrating. The room was like a refrigerator. The air conditioning worked, but it made such an annoying noise that we couldn’t sleep, so we had to turn it off. I’d paid to use the fireplace, but when we got back late from dinner in another city, there were no matches, so I couldn’t light it. I asked for the Wi-Fi, but they brushed off the request and never gave it to me. The price also differed from what had been advertised. In the morning, there was no water. I called the owner, who said there’d been a pipe problem and asked if we really wanted to shower. It might have been funny if it hadn’t been so bad. Luckily, my daughter was in another room that had water, so we gathered everything and got ready there. The explanations we got kept blaming the cold, but what do you expect when you visit the mountains in the middle of winter? I’d suggest they open only in summer or get the place better set up.

We stayed in a double apartment that could comfortably fit four people. It had a small kitchen with a fridge, microwave, two-burner stove, and a full set of dishes and cutlery. The shower was really good and hot, and I loved the pot of espada de São Jorge behind the toilet. The chalets are carefully decorated, with private bathrooms. The property is right beside the road to Gramado, 11 km from downtown, which made it a very good base for exploring during the day and coming back to sleep. The service was excellent. I definitely recommend it.
