Pousada Água Eterna

I booked directly on the hotel's website one day ahead. Thanks to Josiane's confirmation message, I realized I'd picked the wrong date. I contacted her right away, and she sorted it out for us. This was the best service we've ever received. We've traveled a lot, and at many hotel chains it's hard to feel treated like a person instead of just another customer. Josiane and Ivonete, along with the team, welcomed our family as people, and deserve congratulations for that. The hotel seems traditional rather than new, but it's well kept and organized. The rooms and bedding were clean, the towels soft, and the air conditioning, TV, and minibar all worked perfectly. Breakfast was simple but very satisfying. The woman replenishing it was polite and smiling, though we didn't get a chance to ask her name. The area felt safe. Even though there was parking, I chose to leave the car on the street and still felt secure. It's close to the center, the thermal park, and other attractions.

The beds were really comfortable and the pillow was just right. The shower had strong, hot water, and there was hot water at the sink too. The air conditioning worked well. Breakfast had fresh bread and natural orange juice available the whole time.

A cozy inn in a great location. Josiane looked after us wonderfully and let us check in a few hours early. The rooms were clean and organized, and breakfast was delicious, clearly made with care.

The staff were great, and the location was convenient. The rooms stayed quiet, and breakfast was really complete. A great place to stay in Olímpia.
