I wouldn't recommend it. This was one of the worst stays I've ever had. 🤮 My brother, my partner, and I ran into embarrassing situations both when checking in and checking out. At check-in, we spent almost two hours at reception before we could get into our room because a reservation had been made the day before our arrival and there had been a communication mix-up. There was no room service during our two-night stay. We had the same sheets and towels that were there when we checked in. Checkout was at noon, but I asked if we could stay until 4 p.m. because my ride home was at 6:30 p.m. The receptionist tried to help us negotiate, but whenever she spoke by phone with her boss, she seemed scared and couldn't continue the conversation with us. We couldn't agree on paying extra, so we had to get ready in the inn's hallways. When we needed to dry our hair, we were sent to an area with a pool motor just to use an outlet. The person on the phone with the receptionist wouldn't allow any help or solution for the awkward situation we were in. We were treated like dogs, not guests. The receptionists seemed afraid to resolve anything because they had to call the person supposedly running the inn, and nothing moved forward. The morning and afternoon receptionists kept apologizing because they could see their boss wouldn't agree to any solution.

I only booked at the last minute and we had plans the next day, so we couldn't stay long. Still, I loved the place, despite the negative comments I'd read. It's really well located, close to everything, and the service was great. I stayed Saturday night. There was a show nearby, and the receptionist was so sweet. She called an Uber, explained a lot of things, and gave us recommendations. When we got back, a different person was at reception, and he was very helpful too. The next day's receptionist was great as well. I had room 08 and loved it. The bed was comfortable, and the bed and bath linens were really clean and smelled lovely. The only thing I didn't like was the small bathroom and the hot water not working. I ended up taking a freezing cold shower in the middle of the night, haha. The women at breakfast the next day were wonderful, and the food was sooo good. There was a cake I made sure to compliment. I'd like to come back and take my time seeing everything. I hope I don't have a negative experience like the ones in the comments I read, but everything I saw there was excellent.
