Hotel Softy

Bad.

A nice spot.

The hourly Day use option is really handy if you just need a rest, a shower, or somewhere to work. Good rates for couples and in general too. Great place to spend the night, I recommend it.

The place itself was fine, but the service was awful. We booked a four-hour stay and then extended it for an overnight stay. We'd already paid for everything we used during the first booking, and planned to settle the rest at the end as before. When staff changed, the next employee wanted to charge us for water right away. The air conditioner remote hadn't been sent up, and the phone stopped working, so I had to call reception from my own phone. I got out of the shower and waited a long time for her to bring the card machine and sort out the water charge. Then she came to my room to argue with me. I stayed polite and explained how we'd handled the bill during the first booking, and that there really were three of us in the room. She wanted to charge extra and even called the earlier employee, who came back from home, which turned into a completely unnecessary argument. I was naked, and the women were standing at the door wanting to argue. There was no communication between the staff, and they took it out on us. No ethics or respect for customers. I'll never go back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for good service.
