Motel Del Fuego

Compared with Pelotas's other motels, it's okay. The room isn't pretty or cozy, and feels more like a regular hotel room, so the setting doesn't create much of an atmosphere. In the Arriba suite, the lighting is either too much bright white or completely off, especially around the hydro tub. They should use warmer yellow bulbs and leave glasses in the rooms.

My wife and I went on Saturday, and it was a terrible place. The tub wasn't working properly, the shower would sometimes have hot water and sometimes not, and the service was pretty bad. I don't recommend it at all.

The room was incredibly comfortable and spotless, and the place is a great stop for adults on a long journey. We arrived late and could order from the varied room service menu. The pizza was delicious. The reception staff were so friendly and attentive, too. Thanks so much, and see you next time. I definitely recommend it.

There was no hair dryer, the hydro tub was dirty and had a dead bug in it, and the water took ages to heat up. The room lighting kept failing, the air conditioner only blew air, and there wasn't a decent TV channel to watch. The minibar was empty. The service was the only decent part, but the whole experience was unpleasant. I'm giving one star only because I can't give none. We won't be back.
