The terrace has great views, and the location makes it easy to get around town. Bruno's place is a remarkable, spacious house with lots of character and a bit of old-world charm. Having a laundry room was a real plus for us.

The owners and staff are very attentive, and the inn is just near Tiradentes Square. The room was spacious, very clean, and full of character, with a wooden floor and wooden windows. The bed was very good, and the linens and towels were clean, fresh-smelling, and good quality. It has a real grandma’s-house feel. Breakfast is simple, with the basics you’d expect at an inn, served around one table where everyone can sit together. My room faced the shared area and caught the afternoon sun, so it got hot. I couldn’t leave the windows open at night without losing privacy. Other rooms didn’t get the sun and stayed quite cool.

The inn has a garage, though it’s about 100 meters away rather than on site. With the location so central, I didn’t need to take the car out anyway. The place is simple but cozy, and the staff are extremely attentive. Breakfast is simple too, but for the nightly price I can’t complain. Since the facilities are small, they prepare less food, and the quality comes through.

The kitchen had what we needed, and the price was fair. The place worked perfectly for us, one couple and three young people, and the area was quiet, right by Tiradentes Square. We really have no complaints, apart from the rain that kept falling throughout our three-day stay. The parking spot was tight for my pickup and sits on another lot about 50 meters away. Walking over in the rain was a bit of a hassle, but an umbrella did the job. Highly recommended.

The staff were excellent, so kind and attentive, and the breakfast was simple but tasty, with warm cheese bread. It’s a very pretty old mansion, with rustic, themed rooms. I’d stay again. This is a simple, welcoming inn for people who aren’t looking for luxury. The musty, stored-away smell in the room was strong and could bother anyone with allergies.
