Pousada Sossego

We’ve stayed here four times, and it’s a good option in Lavras Novas. The beds are good, though some rooms have small bathrooms. Breakfast is excellent, but note that you have to climb a staircase to reach the breakfast area. When there are events at the field, you’ll hear the noise because the place is practically right across from it. When there aren’t events, that disturbance isn’t there.

Terrible service, and terrible all around! I’m stranded and there’s nobody to help. I called to ask if someone could come, but nobody could come to accommodate me, even though there’s a sign saying there are vacancies.

The price seems fair for the area. The rooms are basic, but they do the job perfectly well. Breakfast is wonderful, and the pousada is very cozy overall.

It’s a good spot to rest, with a fair price. The pousada is new and still being built, but the rooms are great, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. There’s a small kitchen and a mini-fridge. Regina looked after us, and she was very polite and attentive. Breakfast is another highlight, plentiful and good quality. They serve eggs and sausage in a stone pot, delicious!
