The room was just okay. The attendants and service were very good, and breakfast was excellent. The location was good, though not quite that good.

The pool is heated, though it's outdoors. The staff at this nice pousada are really lovely, and breakfast is simple but tasty. There was no hot water from the bathroom sink tap, and we visited during cold weather, so it was freezing.

Carol, the host, is such a lovely person and made the stay really pleasant. The pousada and breakfast were both good. Compared with other hotels, the nightly rate is a little expensive, but in Lavras Novas it seems hard to avoid that price.
