The service was awful. I contacted them to book and was given the rates. The accommodation was also listed on Booking. When I went to complete the reservation the next morning, they asked for payment details, and everything seemed fine. An hour later, they said the room was no longer available, even though it was still listed on Booking. They confirmed they had accommodation, but said it could now only fit three people, when the day before it could fit four. They’d changed their minds. I even said I was willing to pay a different rate, but they wouldn’t do that either. A waste of time. Given the reviews, maybe it’s just as well it didn’t work out. Don’t waste your time.

Everything was great, one of the best places I’ve stayed! The air conditioning worked perfectly and everything was really clean. Sr. Joaquim is so lovely. I’d recommend it without hesitation.
