A top place.

I loved this hotel, and the value for money is a full 100%. The staff were polite, breakfast was great, with plenty of choices, and the dining area was clean. The room and bathroom were really comfortable. There’s also a water dispenser at reception, plus a microwave, sandwich maker, iron, and cutlery available to guests at no charge. That was a big help. I even brought a sandwich maker on my trip because I expected to need one, and hotels usually don’t have them, but this one did. There’s a little shop at reception with a few items for guests to buy, and a supermarket nearby. Some rooms are on the ground floor; the others are reached by stairs, so anyone with mobility issues should keep that in mind when booking. One night, some inconsiderate people were talking loudly. I don’t think that’s fair to blame on the hotel, as it was probably just a one-off, and there’s only so much you can do to control rude adults. I’m mentioning it so other guests don’t become another noisy nuisance.

The room was fine and the location was convenient. Breakfast was excellent.
