Genus Beach Hotel

The associates were very kind and kept trying to help, but the restaurant’s services were very limited. I chose this hotel because I wanted a beachfront place, and was told it was right on the sand. When I arrived, I was disappointed because it wasn’t what I expected. The location was terrible and too popular, especially on weekends when too many tourists come. The beaches were also very dirty, with rubbish everywhere. I don’t recommend Lagoinha beach.

We felt so welcome. The staff were helpful and smiling, suggested a fantastic restaurant, and gave us a really good massage. The breakfast was the best of the thirty places we visited in Brasil last year. The views were fantastic, the pool was lovely, and the rooms and bathrooms were really clean. Everything was well maintained, even by our European standards. Just perfect.

We had a lovely stay and hope to come back. The hotel was peaceful, a nice break from the city buzz, and great for families. It’s right on the beachfront in Lagoinha and seems new, with a pool that also has a children’s section. Everything was clean and well maintained. The plentiful breakfast buffet was delicious and better than many of the breakfasts we saw at hotels in Fortaleza.

The service is first class, and the place is very luxurious. It’s very expensive, but good.
