A good fit if you're on a budget or backpacking. The owner and staff are nice, and breakfast is good. We had a lot of outside noise because our room had no ceiling inside, just the roof. The toilet had no door, and the distance from the historic center could be inconvenient for some people. They also don't answer emails or speak English.
In a peaceful neighborhood, this hostel is clean and inexpensive. The services are simple, but the price feels fair for what you get.
The location and the food were both good, and the place had a really cozy feel. I'd happily come back.
The rooms all have air conditioning, and there's plenty of space. It was peaceful, the accommodation was good, and the service was first-rate. I'm grateful to everyone. Big hugs to Bruno, Carlos, João and Dna Izabel! I'll be back soon.
I felt right at home here when I came for my birthday in 2019. The owners were so welcoming and kind, and gave me tips on places to visit. I'd definitely return. Highly recommend!
