We felt right at home here. The rooms have air conditioning, and the beds are comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of choices, and the pool was a treat too. Nathy welcomed us warmly and shared tips about things to do and the surrounding neighborhood. The Pousada is close to shops, a pharmacy, and restaurants, and Praia do Jabaquara is nearby. You can walk to the historic center as well. We'll definitely come back ❤️

What should have been a fun trip turned into frustration and a headache. I came to Paraty with classmates from my school from the 19th to the 21st, and our group filled the Pousada. The rooms didn't have enough space, and one person was given just a very thin mattress on the floor, which was really uncomfortable. The manager Naty was extremely rude, leading to conflicts. One student left to stay elsewhere and paid for a different place without getting her money back. Those of us who remained had no electricity from the 20th until check-out on the 21st. We asked for help, but were told they only assist until 18:00. As we were leaving, we saw someone fixing it, and less than 40 minutes later the lights were working again. If the Pousada couldn't accommodate so many people in terms of both facilities and courtesy, they should have told us they couldn't host us.
