The breakfast is included, generous, and the internet and TV both work very well. For the price, the room is well equipped, and the service is very friendly. There’s a runway for small planes right next to the hotel, so it’s interesting to watch Cessnas taking off and landing. Helicopters also pass directly overhead, though there’s no air traffic at night. I’d stay here again.

We’ve just left pousada luz do sol. The staff are helpful, and the rooms are always clean. The breakfast feels rationed, though. Some guests traveling for work practically devour the bread, juice, cakes, and fruit, leaving those of us on vacation feeling awkward about serving ourselves from what’s left. Still, the woman who prepares breakfast deserves praise. She’s very helpful.

We’re still here at this wonderful inn, and there’s a lot we like. Breakfast has plenty of variety, including a stuffed homemade bread I’ll miss when we leave. The staff are all polite and helpful, and they come into the room every day to tidy up, change the towels, and refill anything missing in the bathroom. The air conditioning is new, too. The location is great, close to the bus station and within easy walking distance of the Historic Center. We’ve saved a lot by not needing the car at night. We’ll definitely be back!
