The reception staff were extremely pleasant from the time we arrived through our return. The room was simple but served us well, with a balcony and hammock, bathroom, air conditioning, minibar, TV, fan, and clothes rack. It was tidy when we arrived, but daily cleaning was disappointing: they only took out the bathroom trash and straightened the bed. We also found hair from other guests in the shower stall, and the shower was very dirty. We stayed from 13/11/25 to 16/11/25 on a tourist trip with BH Ecoturismo, paying $890.00 per person for a double room. The pousada has an outdoor pool, deck, and uncovered parking. Breakfast was simple but had variety, though the same items were served every day, which may bother some people. The fruit was overripe or unripe. It would be useful to have a phone in the rooms to contact reception directly. Since we were on the second floor, we had to go downstairs each time or call reception on WhatsApp.
