Pousada Marendaz

The Duchess suite was wonderfully decorated, and the location made it easy to get to the Historic Center. Everything felt cozy and comfortable, and the staff were attentive and did their best to make us feel at home. The service was great, and you can tell the place is set up with your well-being in mind. Impeccable, I recommend it!

We spent two wonderful days here. The breakfast was high quality, and the service was perfect, with such lovely staff. Away from the noise of the city center, this hotel feels incredible and charming. Thank you for everything 🇧🇷❤️☀️

Bia, Luis and Atos were so friendly, welcoming, helpful, and resourceful with anything we needed. The service at Casa Nostra is hard to find elsewhere, and I’m definitely coming back. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated with touches of local history, and had a comfortable king size bed. The jacuzzi in the best room was beautiful, and the large bathroom had plenty of super soft towels. The shower had jets and very hot water. The heated pool was 30 degrees, and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. It’s close to the historic center, and we felt safe walking, biking, or parking the car. A very nice, comfortable boutique pousada in Paraty. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Atos 😊.

The delicious breakfast and extremely welcoming, helpful host made our trip much more special. The welcome from Bia and Luizinho was impeccable. The room was beautifully decorated and clean, with no musty smell or sense of being shut up. Every detail seemed chosen to make guests feel pleased and welcome. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the historic center. We’ll definitely be back!
