The bathroom floor felt slimy, as if it hadn’t been washed, and there were hairs stuck to the wall. The tiles had dirty hand marks; I couldn’t tell whether they were blood or feces. The place seemed poorly maintained and not very hygienic. The shower barely worked and hardly got warm. I’d booked for one night and two days, but only stayed overnight because I arrived late and the hotels in town were full. I didn’t even feel comfortable having breakfast. It seemed as if the owners had abandoned the hotel. It was a terrible experience. In response to employee Elaine: Please use feedback to improve your service. After reading other reviews, I can see my experience wasn’t unique. I’m sure you could make a big improvement and turn around negative opinions by making changes and listening without getting defensive. Good luck!
