Guadagnini Hotel

The hotel has a good setup, but it's very close to the highway. Trucks pass all night, so if your room faces that side, expect noise throughout the night.

A good place for a stopover before continuing your trip, or if you're working in the area. Breakfast is included and there's parking on site. The hotel is simple but well organized, and my room was comfortable, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Getting around from here was easy, though the hotel sits by two avenues and a highway, so it's a very noisy spot. I also had loud guests nearby, with raised voices, chairs scraping and doors slamming. The fire stairs got used like a regular staircase, too, and the fire doors banged late at night and from 6 in the morning, waking me several times. The Wi-Fi in my room was awful and unusable. The room and bathroom were clean, and the room itself was good, but the shower stall was so tiny I kept knocking my elbows on the glass. Breakfast was very good, apart from the coffee, which tasted burnt. Service was really good: the afternoon receptionist I arranged things with was friendly and helpful, and everyone working there greeted me whenever we crossed paths, including at breakfast.

Good service, simple and well done.
