I stayed from 14/02/26 to 17/02/26, and it was a rewarding experience with excellent value for money. The people I dealt with, at reception and among the room attendants, were all friendly and pleasant, always smiling. I loved the room attendants. Reception was especially good, quick and welcoming, so keep that up. Everything was clean, tidy, and smelled fresh, including the towels and bedding. Breakfast was good, though they could improve the cakes or switch things up with more variety. I'd give it an 8, and the staff serving breakfast were very kind too. I liked the city and will come back, and I'll definitely stay at this hotel again. Hugs to everyone.

The new rooms are comfortable, and the hot shower is great, with natural or cold water as options too. There’s also a brand-new elevator, and the owner keeps working to maintain the hotel's quality. Hotel Bellavista has the best value for money in Paulo Afonso-BA, with great service and prices. Breakfast is plentiful, tasty, and healthy. I highly recommend Hotel Bellavista. ❤️

I had a serious family emergency and had to leave two nights early. I knew the contract said I wasn't entitled to a refund, but I wish the hotel had shown a little more empathy and returned at least one night's payment, since this wasn't something I expected. The TV wasn't good, and the bed was hard and noisy. It could have been a better stay.

The staff are especially pleasant, but the air conditioning has been awful every time I've stayed here. It never cools the room, and I've already had to switch rooms because of it. The room gets far too hot. Horrible!
