A great place, highly recommended. The apartment is spacious, with a big, comfortable living room, good beds, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. There’s a market nearby and plenty of restaurants and snack bars. I rented it for a trip to Beto Carreiro, which is just about five minutes away by car.

A 10 out of 10 across the board. The owner, Sr Moacir, is incredibly warm and friendly. Beto Carrero is 1 km away, close enough to walk. If you’re driving to the park, there are parking lots nearby that charge as little as 20,00 per day, in case you don’t want to pay 55,00 at the park. Highly recommend!

The apartment was well equipped, with great kitchen utensils and a good shower, and the location is excellent, very close to Beto Carreiro. We walked there and back. A big part of what made the stay good was the service from the owner, seu Moacir, who was helpful and ready to answer all our questions. Highly recommend!

A lovely spot for a few different days away with family. Beto Carrero and Praia do trapiche are nearby, along with bars, snack shops, a pharmacy, a market, and stores.
