The rooms are spacious, with a balcony and hammock that make it easy to relax. The service was attentive from check-in through checkout, and breakfast was plentiful. The location is hard to beat, with Praia Grande and Poá on one side and do Cascalho on the other. Sunrise and sunset are just a few steps away. I could come back every weekend. Highly recommend!

The lack of hospitality made us uncomfortable, and we won't be returning. The service felt cold and distant from the start, especially difficult when traveling with a small child. We stayed five days without fresh towels, garbage collection, or any room service, so we had to clean up ourselves. That isn't acceptable at an inn. The extremely positive reviews don't match the service we experienced and give an impression that doesn't reflect reality.

We won't return or recommend this place, especially to families. We felt no concern for guests' well-being, and the hospitality was terrible. With a small child, we found the inn unprepared and unwelcoming, both the employee and the owner gave us that impression. During our five-day stay, towels were never changed, the trash wasn't collected, and there was no room service at all. We had to keep the place clean ourselves, which is unacceptable for an inn.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and breakfast was good. The room was more than adequate, with a good-sized bathroom, and the beach is just 250 meters away. Praia Grande is the best beach in the area. It's a quiet, nice neighborhood, though there's not much infrastructure nearby. An Uber to the restaurants costs only BRL 10. A great choice.
