The veranda breakfast was generous and delicious, with meats, cheese, fruit, and pastries. The historic hotel is beautiful, with lovely artwork and furniture in the rooms and shared areas. My room was spacious, with high ceilings, a comfortable bed, and great air conditioning.

The breakfast was okay, but I was very disappointed about the room. Their website shows the glamorous French-style building and leaves out photos of the adjacent one, which is much less impressive. Despite the high price, we were told our room was in that ugly old neighboring building.

It was basic, but very comfortable and well priced. Exactly what we were after.

The staff are very responsible, and the room service is amazing. The room itself was great too.
