I arrived in town with my family when all the hotels were full. I called to ask if I could see the room before staying, but the person on the phone was rude and inflexible, insisting that I pay before coming to the property. One star for the service.

The house was comfortable and very clean, with lovely decor, and it’s in a pleasant area near a bakery, restaurant, and supermarket. The service was excellent. Sr. Carlos was very friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay.

I felt really comfortable and happy during the two days I stayed there. Sr. Carlos met me at the entrance, explained everything I needed to know, and gave me a little tour of the house. It was a great stay. I recommend it 100%, and if I return to Piracicaba, I’ll definitely stay at house 230.
