The free coffee and water are handy, and the staff are great and helpful. Still, this last visit was a real letdown after choosing it as my first option for decades. Our room wasn't great, the bathroom water wouldn't drain properly, and being on the ground floor near the staff and service rooms meant constant noise. They also charged for parking, which used to be free. Reception is now at the Ibis, which feels like a red flag.

The price feels a little high for what you get, and depending on what you need, there may be better options in town. It's much like other Ibis Budget hotels: very basic, with no extra services. The rooms are small but maintained and everything works; one can fit up to three people, though that seems suitable only for a short stay. Staff are friendly and respectful. Breakfast is very simple and sold separately, while parking and WiFi are free.

The staff were very nice and gentle. Breakfast costs 10 reais and is OK for that price. I stayed three nights, and the simple room had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, AC, hot water, and cable TV. I'd recommend it if you don't plan to spend much time at the hotel.

A good choice for an overnight stay. The rooms are small but clean, and the staff are polite and friendly. The Piracicaba shopping centre is nearby, with plenty of good food court options.

The room was clean and the location is very good. The bathroom is really tight, though. Seems like a good place if you only need to spend a little time at the hotel.
