Caxias Thermas Hotel

Awesome!!!

The restaurant was a real highlight. The food was fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety, and the desserts were great too. Full board worked really well, and the check-in information listed meal times, which made planning easy. The staff were attentive, the rooms were clean with a great mattress and high-quality bed and bath linens, and the bathrooms were spacious with a lovely shower. We also enjoyed the covered heated pool, which stays open for extended hours. There's parking, and the hotel is in a great spot, close to the thermal baths and town center. We had a wonderful stay.

The personal attention really stood out, from reception through the kitchen. It's clean and organized, and my room on a high floor was new and recently renovated. It's not a five-star hotel, but the care we got was above average. My wife is vegan, and they made a few dishes for her. Those little gestures mean a lot. They're also the only place near the park that accepts pets. There's a one-time fee, and they provide pet beds. The food was wonderful, with four meals included. We recommend it and will definitely return. Caxias, keep it up. You're doing great.

We got such warm service at this hotel, and the staff were always helpful. The moment that stood out was when my 8-year-old daughter asked for tea at noon. Evandro Ralf, who was looking after the buffet, went out of his way to get some for her. I loved the whole stay, even joining the hotel dance on two nights. Everything was really good.
