The staff were consistently polite and attentive, but the long waits really hurt the stay. Lunch meant standing in line for more than an hour, which is even harder when you have a small child with you. There was a line at checkout too, and with only one side of the buffet open despite having two, service moved unnecessarily slowly. The hotel itself was clean and well organized. To me, the staffing and capacity planning seem to be an administrative problem, not an issue with the local team.
