The bedding smelled fresh, and the attendant was very friendly and made us feel welcome. But breakfast was extremely poor, the bathroom floor was in bad shape and dirty, and the room itself was unclean. The TV didn’t work. The attendant welcomed us, then everyone left, so guests were left to manage on their own. I was also misled over WhatsApp about the price. After I’d paid and reread the messages, I realized I hadn’t understood that the quoted amount covered everyone, so I was charged extra for the remaining people and paid it. I won’t return or recommend it.

It’s a simple place, which would be fine, but it didn’t feel very pleasant. It was somewhat dirty, and there was no staff around, so guests were left to handle things themselves. Breakfast had no real options, just the bare basics. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I paid R$449 for one night, and to me it wasn’t worth half that. The shared kitchen looked abandoned and smelled strongly of mold, so I didn’t dare use it. It’s very rustic and old, and cleanliness seemed to be neglected. The bathroom was at least clean, but the walls were dirty, there were cobwebs, and the ceiling had holes and broken sections. No one was at reception, so guests had their own key to the entrance. There was an unpleasant smell in the pousada, and the beds were uncomfortable, with a dip where you lie down. The air conditioning worked without a bad smell or noise. Since there was no one around, I think the guests staying that day were drinking, smoking, and playing music in the middle of the hotel.

The only good things were Juliana, who was attentive and welcomed us warmly, and the shower. There were four parking spaces outside the pousada, but they were on the street. No meals were included, and there was no one at reception, so guests held the entrance key. The room was awful: the TV didn’t work, the minibar leaked onto the floor, the beds were crooked, and the mattress had a hole. The blanket had bugs, there was no sheet, and the pillows were yellow and moldy. The bathroom door was warped, there were cobwebs in the room, and it had no ventilation. The ceiling fan was noisy. Everything was old and poorly maintained. I hadn’t read the reviews before booking, or I never would have reserved it. Help, God, is what sums up the place.
