Pousada Vivenda Verde

At 500 reais a night, I expected more than a basic room with no real facilities. There wasn't even a minibar. The headboard was broken, and whenever I turned on the shower, the power went out. It was also incredibly noisy. You could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, even someone snoring, as if everyone were in the same space.

On a Monday, 400 reais for one person to get a room with a double bed and no minibar is absurd. I got the price down to 350 by giving up breakfast. I was feeling sick and needed somewhere to stay, so I didn't have time to look elsewhere. Never again.

I loved my stay, with delicious breakfast and a friendly, welcoming team. I did miss having a minibar, though, since there isn't one.

It's a cozy, clean, peaceful inn, with pleasant and attentive people, and the location is perfect. There's a games room and a pool. A few things could be better: the price is a little steep, the rooms have no minibar, and breakfast had too little fruit and juice. We did receive a small bottle of wine during our stay.
