Sanctuary Pirenopolis Suites E Flats

Breakfast fell short every day of my stay. Items were missing, they often weren't replenished properly, and the setup seemed disorganized. I was also concerned about the hygiene, which wasn't at the standard I expected. The place has a lot of potential and a very good team, so breakfast needs urgent attention to match the rest of the service. There were people who made a real difference, though. Maria Vitória and Gracimara at reception were thoughtful, welcoming, polite, and good at sorting things out. Tainara, who cleaned the rooms, deserves special recognition too. The room was always tidy, clean, and fresh smelling, and you could see the care in the details. João at the restaurant did wonderful work. The food tasted like it was made with care, especially his excellent french fries. My husband tried the short rib fritter and loved it. Everything I tried that he prepared was delicious.

The indoor pool was lovely and really warm, and we had a perfect weekend. Every employee was a ten out of ten. Maria Vitória at reception was especially friendly and attentive, and her sightseeing tips were the best. I'll definitely be back.

Whenever I visit pirenopolis, I stay at this wonderful inn. The place is comfortable and cozy, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff are so attentive, especially João, the waiter by the pools. Every visit to this lovely spot has been amazing. Well done!

Room 20 was in a sorry state, and I wouldn't return. The floorboards were awful, with raised screws that could cause an accident. Although we booked well in advance, the room was dirty, the showers were cold, and the TV channels weren't configured. I had to call or message reception; someone came up and found the power breaker was off. The room hadn't been prepared, even though they knew guests were coming, and the rate wasn't cheap. All the while we were in the room, we heard loud noise from the ceiling or roof space. We don't know whether it was rats, bats, or something else, but it was loud enough to wake us at night. When I went to look after checking out, I saw there was no little door closing off the water tank area, so an animal could get in. They should check that. The glass doors block no sound. There were signs asking people to keep quiet, but the cleaners talked while working and we could hear everything they said. A child cried at 6 a.m., too. The stair handrail was extremely dirty and stayed that way for all three days. The bed was broken, the remote controls had batteries that didn't work properly, and we had to switch between remotes. The toilet smelled bad before we even used it, and the sink tap wouldn't stay in place where it was installed. So many things felt run-down.
