I can’t comment on the pousada itself since I never got to stay there. A week before our booking, my father had a stroke, and we had to cancel the trip. When I called, they said I had 90 days to reschedule or I’d lose the 50% I’d paid. I tried every way I could to sort it out and explained several times that I wasn’t cancelling because I wanted to. The doctor asked us to cancel the fishing trip, and there were several exams and appointments to deal with. I sent documents proving my father was hospitalized, but the most I could get was 120 days to reschedule before losing the money. I told the woman we were covered by the CDC, but still got nowhere. So here’s my account and a warning: if you book at this pousada, don’t get sick. I’m going to pursue my rights. I believe we fishermen, and people in general, should boycott a place like this.

There’s a bar in the middle of the property that’s always open for a refreshing drink 🍹. The place itself is cozy and picturesque, great for relaxing and enjoying your stay. I recommend it!

The food was excellent, and the place was cozy and spotlessly clean. The owner is also a really lovely person. If I could rate everyone there, it wouldn’t be a 10, it’d be 1000! Congratulations to everyone involved. It was perfect from start to finish.
