The staff were so kind and helpful, even when some of us didn't speak the language. They made an effort to understand what we needed. Meanwhile, the kids had activities run by a great team of professionals, so the parents could relax and enjoy themselves. It was a perfect stay for our family, and we're definitely coming back.

The all-inclusive package is worth it, but the rooms really need attention. They're very dated, and the shower area isn't properly set up, with nowhere to put shampoo or soap. Such a shame, because this could be an amazing hotel if the rooms were looked after better.

The people working at the hotel are the best part of it. We agree with about 90% of the visitors, and had a perfect experience. We'll definitely come back.

We found the best value for money here. The city is charming, the food is excellent, the place is great, and the hotel staff are really friendly.
