The breakfast and afternoon coffee were both delicious, with plenty of choices. The hotel owner was also attentive and helpful. I stayed there for three days with my parents and brother. The central location made sightseeing easy, with attractions nearby. There was no hotel parking, though. They offered a lot on another avenue for R$ 30,00 per day. The room was basic, with air conditioning, a small table, a little wardrobe, and a small TV. Each room had a TV, but the two rooms shared one remote, so I had to go to my parents' room to change channels or adjust the volume. There was only one air conditioner remote, too, and the room lighting was quite poor. During our stay, nobody came to clean the room, so I had to call reception just to get the bath towels changed.

The central location was the one real plus. The mattresses were spring ones and so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep properly any of the four nights. They cleaned the room just once, on the last day, and the only bin was already full. Breakfast was cold. I tried it through the second day, then gave up. There was a decent range of food, but the quality was poor and everything I tried was cold. The staff noise other guests mentioned is real. From early in the morning, they made themselves heard with phone music and conversations in the corridors. The room lighting was poor, too, and there wasn't even an outlet in the bathroom. There's no hotel parking, only a paid lot across the avenues for R$30 a day. At R$114 a night, it still feels expensive for what you get. If you can stay somewhere else, definitely do that. If you're a company that doesn't care about its employees, like mine, you could put them here.

I was treated well from the moment I arrived until I left. The staff were welcoming and attentive, especially manager Isabel and receptionists Lidia, Cris, Victor, and Gabriel. The housekeepers worked hard to keep the rooms clean and tidy. The hotel has excellent facilities and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. I'm very grateful for the stay.
