I’ve had disappointing experiences here more than once. I found visibly dirty sheets, a dirty shower enclosure, and no soap, which is a basic item guests should be able to count on. On top of that, the valet scratched my car. When I asked to see the footage, they refused, citing LGPD in a generic way. In my view, the General Data Protection Law shouldn’t be used to deny basic rights or information concerning the person whose data it is, especially when there’s a legitimate interest. The poor hygiene and lack of transparency point to disregard for customers, poor management, and a lack of preparation.

The staff were all friendly and attentive, and the reception area was well organized and smelled lovely from the diffuser. The hand-painted artwork around the hotel is a nice touch. Our room and bathroom were clean and tidy, the halls and hotel overall were quiet, and the elevators worked perfectly. There are several parking spaces around the hotel, and the outside parking service they use looked after us well when we needed it. We had dinner at the hotel one night. The food arrived quickly and tasted really good, and the employee serving us was impeccable. Breakfast had plenty of options, with hours that work for both early risers and people who like to sleep in.
