Urano Business Hotel

The location is good, but the place is nowhere near what was advertised or what the price suggests. We paid 399.00 for a triple room and told the hotel we’d arrive late. We got there at 0:30, and they took us to a house across the street. It had nothing business-like about it. Room 10 had no windows or air conditioning, just a lousy fan. The old spring mattress sagged in the middle and squeaked, and the bathroom was awful, split into cubicles with no privacy. We tried to have breakfast the next morning at 9:15, but there was no replenishment and everything was missing. The mess and spilled food put us off, so we went to a bakery for coffee instead. In short, this isn’t a business hotel or a good choice for a leisure trip. It might be okay for work if they adjust the prices.

The reception looks nice, but it turned out to be a trap. We paid for a room and were sent to a house next door. The double room was really poor and barely had space for one person. I’m not demanding, but for that price, and with a reception like that, the room should have been a bit better.

We didn’t stay at the hotel. The receptionist took us to a house beside it, where the room was small and poorly maintained and the bathroom was bad. The pictures they sent me on WhatsApp didn’t match what we found. The WhatsApp photo was of the hotel itself, not the room next door. Don’t mislead people. We asked to be moved, but the receptionist wouldn’t help us. Be honest and meet your obligations instead of complaining about not having customers. And I know the hotel will respond saying they’re sorry about my experience and will make improvements. Spare me. They should be banned from Google search. I still have the photo they sent, so don’t lie.

There are parking spaces, and the hotel itself is good. What bothered me was having the reception and some of the rooms on opposite sides of the street. It was raining during my stay, so getting back and forth to reception was unpleasant.
