The development itself is spectacular. Too bad Rezervo, the company managing the Airbnb rental, is useless. The staff were polite but grumpy, and couldn't understand what customers needed. For a 15-day rental, having no cleaning or fresh sheets and towels is unbearable. Worse, they wouldn't refund us so we could go somewhere better. Such a shame.
10/10
This complex sits on Avenida Carlos Gomes, just a short distance from Avenida Nilo Peçanha, in Porto Alegre's main business district. It brings the country's first Walking Mall, with 44 stores and exclusive businesses, alongside compact apartments in a high-end residential tower and two corporate towers. There's also an impressive parking entrance and more than 500 spaces, offering customers plenty of convenience. Facilities include an auditorium, a service elevator, and a passenger elevator.
10/10
A high quality, upscale development. The apartments are small, but could work well if they're designed thoughtfully.
10/10
The apartments are really good, and the location is good too.
