Lar Residence

Great!

The service was attentive and everything was properly clean. My room was very spacious, with an equipped kitchen that, although quite old, made it easy to cook a full meal. The shower curtain was unsuitable and left the bathroom soaked. It could be improved, but the stay was comfortable enough.

This is a simple, quiet, clean place in a good location, with friendly service and a good price. It's a fully equipped apartment inside a hotel, with a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and other area. Breakfast is included, though I didn't try it. The bathroom window was broken, but they fixed it promptly. I also found out the hair dryer didn't work only after washing my hair. Aside from those two issues, everything was very good. One tip: the cigarette smell is unbearable if you don't smoke, and it's especially strong in the hallway, so I think they should air the place out better. I'd recommend it and will probably stay there again.

The staff are very attentive, and the older building is still adequate. For a quick one-night stay, especially if you're not fussy, it can work. The breakfast was disappointing because there was no fresh juice, and the old-style elevator didn't feel very safe for guests. The bathroom has a curtain instead of a shower enclosure, which doesn't seem like the most hygienic choice for a hotel.
